I mean, i only see 100% 80% 60% 40% 20%, i want to see levels from 10 to 10 for example not from 1 to 1 like in circular. That Tools window that you see in the preview gif is from some application he had installed. Check: press Menu Settings Applications Development, enable USB debugging. If already enabled, disable and enable again.
